Royal Mosaics Refund and Return Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for Royal Mosaics products.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted for damaged or defective products within 30 days of delivery. Returns for incorrect orders are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Procedure

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product in its original condition. The original payment method will be used for refunds.

4. Exceptions

Custom-designed mosaics are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
